Retention time

Personal Information shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose it has been collected for.

By using Contify, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

Personal Information transfer outside the EU

Contify is allowed to transfer Personal Information collected within the EU to third countries (i.e. any country not part of the EU) only according to a specific legal basis. Any such Personal Information transfer is based on one of the legal bases described below.

User” means the individual using Contify.

Usage Data” means information collected automatically through Contify (or third-party services employed in Contify), which can include: the IP addresses or domain names of the computers utilized by the Users who use Contify, the time of the request, the method utilized to submit the request to the server, the country of origin, the features of the browser and the operating system utilized by the User, the various time details per visit (e.g., the time spent on each page within the Application) and the details about the path followed within the Application with special reference to the sequence of pages visited, and other parameters about the device operating system and/or the User's IT environment.

Service” means a service provided by Contify as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this site/application.

Cookies” means a small piece of data stored in the User’s device. Athena will use the information only in accordance with the Privacy Policy under which the information was collected unless it has received explicit authorization.
